Nighthawk Microlight
(Green Lens)
The Nighthawk Microlight is designed to be word on any finger or
kneeboard. It is so small and light-weight that you don't even know you
are wearing it and so bright that you will wonder how anything this
small can generate this amount of high intensity light. The Microlight
attaches with an adjustable Velcro strap to your finger or with an
included clip to your kneeboard or clothing. The unit uses two 1.5V #357
mini alkaline batteries (included) and will operate approximately 15

Test - Personal Cooling System
We tested this Personal Cooling System under the grueling conditions in
the hot aircraft in the South Texas summer. High temperature and
high humidity made for worst case test conditions. We were
skeptical that this device would help us in the hot cockpit. Much
to our surprise, the Personal Cooling System worked well and cooling was
felt immediately. The key was filling the liquid reservoir with
cold water just before our flight. The mini battery-powered fan
created a misting effect on our neck which in turn evaporated.
This evaporating system cooled our neck area quickly. It certainly
did not turn the 95-degree day into a chilly one, however, the effects
were significant and well worth the investment. It was especially
comforting on flights with weak air conditioning. Altogether a
